WPCS Completes Acquisition of James Design Pty Ltd

EXTON, Pa., Dec. 3 / -- WPCS International Incorporated (NASDAQ:WPCS), a leader in design-build engineering services for specialty communication systems and wireless infrastructure, has announced that it has completed the acquisition of James Design Pty Ltd of Brisbane, Australia.
Historically profitable, James Design is projected to achieve approximately $1.7 million in revenue and $600,000 in earnings before interest and taxes for their current fiscal year ending December 31, 2007. WPCS acquired 100% of James Design for $1.2 million in cash at closing.
