Vi TECHNOLOGY to Participate in PCB Manufacturing Process Workshop in NY
Saint-Egrève, France — Vi TECHNOLOGY, a leading provider of inspection solutions for PCB assembly, will participate in the PCB manufacturing processes workshop, scheduled to take place April 21-23, 2015 at the Kintner Equipment Corp. facility in Endicott, New York. ACE Production Technologies, Inc. has partnered with Kintner Equipment Corp. to conduct the free workshop.
The workshop will address how to identify and resolve process related issues, eliminate production bottlenecks and optimize production line yields to improve profitability. Featured topics will include: automated optical inspection and solder paste inspection, bottom-side selective soldering, topside robotic point-to-point soldering, high-speed and flexible SMT and odd-form placement, board level and BGA rework and repair, batch and in-line aqueous cleaning, solder paste printing and dispensing, conformal coating, precision dispensing of underfill, adhesives and solder paste, and on-site nitrogen gas generation.
Vi TECHNOLOGY representatives will conduct live equipment demonstrations for Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and Solder Paste Inspection (SPI). Vi TECHNOLOGY will offer insight about the equipment, technologies and automated assembly processes that will be used to streamline electronic manufacturing processes for the future.
