TLC Electronics Transfer of Ownership


St. Paul, MN – TLC Electronics, Inc. held its 2nd Quarter 2014 companywide meeting on July 24, 2014. The meeting, held at the company headquarters located in St. Paul, MN included an announcement that co-founders Rich and Terri Crofford completed the sale of the company to Jon and Laura Crofford effective July 1, 2014.



As outgoing CEO Rich Crofford handed the ceremonial key to the building to new CEO Jon Crofford, Terri Crofford noted, “We wish Jon and Laura all the best as they begin a new chapter carrying out Rich's legacy and bringing new life to the company. We hope the next 30 years will be even more successful than the first as the company continues to grow under their leadership.”
