Caterpillar tour booked; wait list available; hotel rooms in short supply; hotel registration deadline January 18
Bowie, MD - The Tire Industry Association (TIA) today announced that there are no more spots open for the Caterpillar mine tour that is part of the 2010 TIA Off-The-Road (OTR) Conference, which will be held February 17 - 20, 2010 at the Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa in Tucson, AZ. However, a waiting list has been created for those conference attendees who are interested in going on the tour, should a spot open up. Individuals interested in signing up on the waiting list should visit the "Events" section of www.tireindustry.org.
Additionally, TIA reminded interested attendees that, due to the tremendous interest in the OTR Conference, hotel occupancy has already reached 90%, and thus, remaining rooms are in short supply. Rooms are still available, but interested individuals are encouraged to register immediately by visiting the "Events" section of www.tireindustry.org. The hotel registration deadline is January 18.
