Selig Sealing Products Inc. Announces Its Acquisition by CC Industries
Leading packaging manufacturer returns to family ownership
CHICAGO - Selig Sealing Products, Inc. ("Selig"), a Behrman Capital company, announced today that it has been acquired by CC Industries, Inc. ("CCI"). Founded in 1889, Selig is the world leader in the design and manufacture of highly engineered closure liner solutions for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, healthcare, personal care and industrial applications. Selig is also a respected leader in the manufacture of specialized laminated films for use in a variety of food, consumer and military applications.
This acquisition continues CCI's efforts to expand its portfolio of industry leading manufacturing companies, and is CCI's second investment in the packaging sector.
