Quadrascan Technologies LLC Adds Former GM Engineer, Chris Fulton, of Fenton

BRENTWOOD, Tenn., May 31, 2007-Former General Motors Corporation engineer, Chris Fulton, of Fenton, Mich., has joined QuadraScan Technologies LLC as senior vice president of engineering, according to Scott Farrell, president of QuadraScan Technologies LLC.

Farrell points out, "We are excited to have Chris as a part of our growing company. As an engineer with General Motors Corporation for 25 years, Chris has had extensive experience as a platform dedicated development engineer and supported many new vehicle programs from a broad range of full vehicle, integration related perspectives. We believe his expertise will take our company to the next level of development of our product line."

When Fulton was at GM, his responsibilities included contaminant intrusion development (water leak and wind noise), ride and handling work within vehicle dynamics, and noise and vibration development.
Chris also provided his support to a variety of engineering related programs at GM's Milford Proving Ground and the GM Desert Proving Ground, in Mesa, Ariz., all aimed at advancing General Motor's technical capability.

QuadraScan Technologies has developed patented technology that targets quality, production and manufacturing related problems. This solution can be utilized in diverse industries, and QuadraScan is currently focused on the global automotive industry.

The QuadraSonic Array(TM) locates water leak and wind-noise intrusion points in a nondestructive fashion-all accomplished without the cost, damage and environmental concerns associated with traditional processes. The QuadraSonic Array(TM) utilizes ultrasound energy to test the "sealed effectiveness" of all types of closed compartments. The Array technology measures "relative sound pressure" and is able to collect and archive data for the purposes of tracking and trending quality assurance programs.

In 1981 Chris graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill., with a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering. He earned a master of business administration from University of Phoenix in 2000.

Fulton currently resides northwest of Detroit in Fenton, Mich., where his wife Angela teaches first grade and twin sons, Adam and Alexander, are fifth graders. Fulton is active in his sons' sports activities, coaching their baseball and basketball teams. He is also a vintage automobile enthusiast, working on an MG TD and a Jaguar E-Type.

QuadraScan Technologies is dedicated to the development of nondestructive, noninvasive and cost-effective leak detection. QuadraScan Technologies' mission is to bring to the assembly industry a failsafe diagnostic tool to positively impact both production and quality control.
