Plexus Systems' Barrie Vince Recognized for Achievement by Automotive Industry Action Group


AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Aug. 14 / -- Plexus Systems, Inc., providers of Plexus Online on-demand software for the manufacturing enterprise, today announced that the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) has recognized Plexus Systems Senior Systems Engineer Barrie Vince with a 2007 Outstanding Achievement Award.

AIAG will present the awards at its annual Outstanding Achievement Awards Ceremony as a prelude to the AIAG technology exposition AutoTech 2007. Plexus Systems is exhibiting at booth 205 at AutoTech 2007 to be held August 21 - 23, 2007 at the Rock Financial Showplace in Novi, Mich.

The AIAG Outstanding Achievement Award recognizes Vince's contributions in the betterment of the automotive industry related to supporting technology, and for his expertise and knowledge used throughout the global automotive supply chain.

Nominated by his peers, Barrie Vince was selected by a panel of AIAG members and AIAG staff for special efforts related to the advanced product quality planning (APQP) project of defining electronic messages for the transfer of APQP data between customers and suppliers along the supply chain.
