Pierce Arrow Inc. Launches YouTube Channel
(YOUTUBE.COM/PIERCEARROWINC) - Pierce Arrow's YouTube channel showcases products sold by Pierce Sales and manufactured by Pierce Arrow. The channel currently has seven videos and three playlists loaded ranging from Pierce winch demonstrations to customer testimonials.
"YouTube is an excellent tool to educate and engage with customers," says Pierce Arrow president Jeff Pierce. "Video is the best way to showcase equipment."
Pierce Arrow is committed to providing short working videos of products; step-by-step installation processes; plus, service techniques for winches, pumps and remotes.
"We are in the process of creating a three part installation series explaining how to install a 5T dump kit," says shop foreman and former Henrietta mayor Rick Langford. "I believe the videos are essential to providing excellent customer service."
