Pacific Insulation and All American Supply, Inc. Have Reached An Agreement

Steve Butler, Vice President and General Manager of Pacific Insulation Company, announced today that Pacific and All American Supply, Inc. have reached an agreement pursuant to which Pacific will purchase the operating assets of All American's distribution business located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
All American Supply sells industrial and commercial insulation products primarily in the New Mexico wholesale market. After the sale, Pacific will continue to operate such distribution business out of All American's existing warehouse.
Such transaction is anticipated to close sometime in May 2007.
