New Essential Components Catalog Makes Order Process Easier for Rockwell Automation Customers

Free catalog simplifies product selection, configuration, ordering and delivery

MILWAUKEE, June 15, 2006 - Customers who order industrial components from Rockwell Automation now have a simplified process with the launch of the new
Allen-Bradley Essential Components Catalog and toll-free number. The catalog contains the most frequently ordered components, such as terminal blocks, I/O systems and operator interface devices.

To order Allen-Bradley component-class products, customers can use the new product catalog, the Rockwell Automation online resource center at www.rockwellautomation.com/components, and a new toll-free number that will connect the customer with a local Allen-Bradley distributor, technical support or ordering,
800.224.3354.

Customers that order a catalog between now and Aug. 15, 2006, are automatically entered to win an all expense-paid trip and VIP tickets to see Denny Hamlin race the #20 Rockwell Automation car at a NASCAR event Nov. 11 at the
Phoenix International Raceway. The Allen-Bradley Essential Components Catalog can be ordered using the Web site or toll-free number.

Rockwell Automation and its highly trained network of Allen-Bradley distributors provide customers with local support, dependable products, easy access and fast delivery, with the most common components in stock and customer-ready.

Along with these new elements of the Essential Components program, customers can use existing tools, such as the Product Selection Toolbox (online at www.ab.com/e-tools). This software combines a variety of tailor-ready design programs into one consolidated program suite designed to lead customers through the order process. Guided by selection prompts, the component system tools help customers to design and order all the materials for crucial parts of the plant floor, such as DIN-Rails, wiring systems and programmable controllers.
