National Adhesives Flyer Features Adhesives for High Efficiency Air Filters

BRIDGEWATER, NJ, October 15, 2007 - A new flyer from National Adhesives delivers an overview and technical information on high performance adhesives for high-efficiency filters.

According to the flyer, "Adhesives for Air Filter Assembly - High Efficiency Air Filters," National offers a full range of adhesives for air filters containing high ASHRAE efficiency or HEPA grade media. The flyer covers adhesives that bond to metal frames, keep mini-pleats evenly spaced, and have low volatiles to minimize out-gassing. National's FILTER-LOK® hot melt adhesives are formulated for a wide range of pleating equipment and designed to deliver superior quality filter pleat packs with both synthetic and micro fiberglass media. In addition, National's FILTER-LOK two-part liquid polyurethane adhesives achieve specified cure rates and hardness while performing in turbulent environments.

The flyer includes two charts, one covering Hot Melt Adhesives, and a second detailing Two-Part Polyurethane Systems.
