NACD Enhances Strategic Partnerships on Regulatory Compliance Support



ARLINGTON, Va. -- NACD has recently launched a new service to its member companies, one that will help them navigate through the complex and growing demands of regulatory compliance. The Association has entered into four strategic partnerships in areas ranging from product labeling and plant security to transportation. Firms were selected based on their knowledge of our member companies' needs and each firm's technical expertise. Through their partnership with NACD, they will provide valuable compliance support and services to NACD members.

The following strategic partner companies will be advising, counseling and assisting, where appropriate, NACD member companies with EPA, OSHA, DHS and DOT compliance issues:

-- Bergeson & Campbell, P.C., a Washington, D.C.-based law firm
-- Kestrel Management Services LLC, a Madison, Wisconsin-based EHS compliance and management systems services firm
-- Burns & McDonnell, a Kansas City, Missouri-based security and engineering services firm
-- J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc., a Neenah, Wisconsin-based firm that is a leading supplier of safety, risk mitigation and regulatory compliance products and services to the Transportation Industry

In announcing this new member service to the membership, Chris Jahn, President of NACD said: "Environmental, health, safety and security requirements are more numerous and complicated today than ever before. In an effort to assist with managing these burgeoning challenges, NACD has reinforced the regulatory compliance resources it is making available to its member companies.
