Menasha Corporation Breaks Ground on New Headquarters in Neenah, Wis.

Construction underway on facility that will also house Menasha Packaging Company’s corporate office

NEENAH, Wis. – Construction is underway on Menasha Corporations new headquarters in Neenah, Wis. Representatives from Menasha Corporation, members of the design and construction team, and local and state dignitaries formally broke ground on the new building on Thursday, May 28.

Scheduled for occupancy in the fall of 2016, Menasha Corporation’s new office building will house both its companywide headquarters and the corporate office of its subsidiary, Menasha Packaging Company. It is being constructed on the site of the company’s current headquarters at 1645 Bergstrom Road in Neenah, Wis. (map).

Company growth over the last five years and the increasing demands for a more collaborative work environment drove the decision to build. The new building will provide improved collaboration space for employees, customers and suppliers, and will replace the existing 50-year-old building with a more contemporary office structure.

“We are excited about the benefits and improvements our new building will provide in terms of increased collaboration across the business and with customers,” said Jim Kotek, president and CEO of Menasha Corporation. “We are equally excited to remain headquartered in the greater Fox Cities community of Northeast Wisconsin, where our company was founded 166 years ago.”

Menasha Corporation executive leadership, Neenah Mayor Dean Kaufert, and representatives from Miron Construction, Eppstein Uhen Architects (EUA) and Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) joined Kotek in breaking ground on the new building.
