Meet Bruel & Kjaer at Autumn Conferences

UK – Sound and vibration expert, Bruel Kjaer UK will be exhibiting at several, environmentally focused conferences this autumn, including the Institute of Acoustics' (IOA) 40th Anniversary.

The company's first exhibition will be at the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health's National Conference (CIEH), where Bruel & Kjaer's technical specialists will exhibit the company's latest measurement tools.

The two day conference, running from Tuesday 7th to Wednesday 8th October in Nottingham, has been designed to address the needs - and wide nature - of employment opportunities for environmental health practitioners in all sectors and stages of their career.

Details for CIEH National Conference are available on it's website: http://www.cieh.org/NationalConference.html

Visitors to the IOA's 40th anniversary conference, due to be held on Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th October at Birmingham's NEC, will be able to see Bruel & Kjaer's acoustic equipment, such as the 2270 sound level meter, in action. The 2270 is a dual-channel, hand-held analyzer and sound level meter that has everything needed to perform high-precision, Class 1 measurements, making it ideal for testing noise and vibration in environmental, occupational and industrial application areas.

The IOA's conference aims to celebrate the activities and achievements in all its fields of interest - and provide an opportunity for delegates to explore a wide area of acoustics.

Full details for this event are available on the IOA's website: http://www.ioa.org.uk/events

Bruel & Kjaer will also be at Environmental Protection UK's (EP UK) Autumn Conference, taking place on Thursday 16th October in Birmingham. The company will demo its latest environmental tools, including the All-weather case (Type 3535), which is a compact and light-weight system for short-to-medium term noise monitoring.

EP UK's one day national conference aims to consider ways of ensuring that environmental protection is strengthened as the UK economy recovers.
