Meet Brüel & Kjær at International NVH Forum

UK, – Sound and vibration expert, Brüel Kjær will be exhibiting its latest automotive testing tools at this month’s International Forum Automotive Acoustics Vibration - NVH.

Taking place on 22nd and 23rd September at Rookery Hall Hotel in Nantwich, the forum gathers automotive engineers, scientists and technologists from all over the world, to debate the best methods for developing cars that are more refined, efficient, reliable and safer than their predecessors.

Brüel Kjær’s technical specialists will be on hand to discuss aspects of sound and vibration measurement - and demonstrate its measurement and analysis equipment to visitors.

Amongst the products on show will be the Sonoscout Noise Vibration Harshness (NVH) recorder, an intuitive sound and vibration recorder that enables engineers to analyse their measurements on the go, using an iPad® to handle the data and listen to recordings. This allows engineers to validate the information in real-time, removing the risk of inadequate data and the need for expensive re-testing.

Also on display will be Brüel Kjær’s Desktop NVH simulator, which enables the user to virtually test drive a vehicle - before it has even been built - through different road scenarios to evaluate, modify and design NVH data.
