Veteran Moderator Will Lead Bipartisan Discussion on Manufacturing



Washington, D.C., – The National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), Iowa Public Television (IPTV) and Vermeer Corporation are pleased to announce that Judy Woodruff, co-anchor and managing editor of “The PBS NewsHour” and veteran moderator of presidential and vice presidential debates, will moderate the 2016 Presidential Candidates Forum on Manufacturing in Pella, Iowa.



During this bipartisan forum, Woodruff and manufacturers in the audience will offer presidential candidates in the first-in-the-nation Iowa caucuses an opportunity to directly address chief concerns, topics and policies most pertinent to manufacturers and the manufacturing economy. IPTV will broadcast the forum, continuing a tradition of political coverage that spans 10 caucus cycles and four decades.
