Jervis B. Webb Company Names New Director of Project Accounting
Farmington hills, Mich. (February 7, 2007) - Jervis B. Webb Company - a world leader in material handling solutions - has named John Doychich as director of project accounting. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing Webb's project management, finance and information technology resources to improve the timely collection, maintenance and reporting of project financial data.
"John is a leader in his field and brings more than 30 years of experience to the Webb Company," said Jonathan Ball, chief financial officer. "He will make an immediate contribution to our company as we continue to expand in the material handling industry."
Before joining the Webb Company, Doychich served as chief financial officer of Detroit Door and Hardware Company overseeing the company's complete financial and operational turnaround, as well as the reorganization of its the financial department. Prior to that, he served as executive vice president for Engineering Services Group where he was in charge of financial and purchasing functions along with expanding new business initiatives.
Doychich earned a bachelor's degree from Wayne State University and is a certified public accountant. He also is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Executives Institute.
