Jeremy Hickman Promoted to President/CEO of EMX, LLC.


Melbourne, FL. - October 1, 2011 - EMX, LLC is pleased to announce the
promotion of Jeremy Hickman to the position of President/CEO of the
Company.

Jeremy Hickman joined EMX, LLC in July, 2011 as Vice President and
General Manager, having come from L-3 Communications, where he had
recently served as Vice President of Business Development for the
Advanced Lasers Systems Technology Division. Previous positions held by
Jeremy include Director and Manager positions in the areas of Sales and
Business Development with L-3 Communications' Infrared Products Division
in Dallas, TX, and Director at Raytheon's First Responder program in
Garland, TX. Jeremy holds a BA degree from Texas A& M University-
Commerce in Texas.

our transition from calendar year accounting to coordinating with the U.S. Government fiscal year accounting, which

Funded through Private Placement in July, 2011, EMX International, LLC has acquired EMX, Inc. and another
company, and is the holding Company for EMX, Inc. which was transitioned to an LLC. "Tim Arion, the outgoing
President/CEO of EMX Inc., will now focus on his role as Chief Operating Officer of EMX International, LLC," said Jim
Herrmann.
