ENGLEWOOD, CO, -- ISEC, Inc. announces the promotion of David Herzel to Vice President of ISEC, Incorporated. Mr. Herzel has been with ISEC for 25 years holding positions in Operations and Project Management, most recently as Regional Manager of the Northwest Region. As Vice President, David will continue to oversee the Northwest Region and take on additional corporate responsibilities.
