Hygrade Precision Technologies begins its 55th year!
Hygrade Precision Technologies is celebrating its 55th year in business, offering Grinding, Lapping, and Precision Contract Machining Services. We continue to make improvements within our organization to increase our capacity, improve product quality, and on-time delivery.
We made the acquisition of an Okuma LB400 lathe for added small-turn capacity in our machining area to support growing demands. We completed a significant upgrade to our CMM inspection equipment, DNC software, and had multiple training sessions with our production planning systems for improved tracking and scheduling.
Additionally, we successfully completed AS9100 Rev C & NADCAP audits illustrating Hygrades on-going commitment to continuous improvement in support of our customers. Over the past several months we also made a number of marketing efforts including the implementation of a new website and new brochure.
