Glosten Acquires Noise Control Engineering, LLC
SEATTLE, WA (USA) – Glosten, a Seattle-based naval architecture and marine engineering consultancy, announces the completion of their acquisition of Noise Control Engineering, LLC (NCE), the nation’s premier acoustical engineering firm specializing in noise and vibration control for marine, industrial, and commercial environments. The acquisition brings together two industry-leading firms, both with a proven record of integrating rigorous analytical and experimental approaches with practical, cost-effective solutions for their clients.

Noise Control Engineering, LLC, which will continue to operate under that name, is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Glosten, Inc. NCE will maintain their current offices in Billerica, Massachusetts and Mobile, Alabama, and will continue to serve their clientele as an independent group within the Glosten organization.
