FineLine Prototyping Joins 3D Systems' Preferred Service Provider Network


Raleigh, N.C., company also purchases the 500th Viper(TM) SLA® System from 3D Systems

Rock Hill, South Carolina, Oct. 15, 2007 - 3D Systems Corporation (NASDAQ: TDSC), a leading provider of 3-D Modeling, Rapid Prototyping and Manufacturing solutions, announced today that it has appointed FineLine Prototyping, based in Raleigh, N.C., as an authorized Preferred Service Provider (PSP) of 3D Systems' comprehensive portfolio of systems and solutions.

3D Systems also announced that, to keep up with increased demand from its customers for high-resolution, smooth sidewalls and crisp detail quality parts, FineLine Prototyping recently purchased a sixth Viper(TM) SLA® System for its fleet, the 500th system of this model sold by 3D Systems. FineLine Prototyping's current fleet of systems includes six Viper(TM) SLA® Systems, two InVision® HR 3-D Modelers, one Viper(TM) Pro SLA® System and a second Viper(TM) Pro SLA® System equipped with dual vat capabilities and a larger build capability.
