Explosion Proof and Hazardous Location BIM Models Available from Rig-A-Lite
Rig-A-Lite is pleased to announce the completion of BIM (Building Information Modeling) files for our entire product catalog. This file type will allow architects, engineers, and lighting designers to work in Revit® or other 3D modeling software when specifying hazardous location, explosion proof, marine rated and heavy hose down rated lighting fixtures, offering a more realistic representation of what the end user will see when our luminaries are specified and installed. The rendering engine allows the designer to present a virtual walkthrough of the designed space prior to the start of construction.
