ERNI Achieves Top Position In Europe
ADELBERG, GERMANY -November 15, 2006 - In its latest survey, Bishop & Associates, a respected market research firm specializing in the global electronic connector market, ranks ERNI number one among connector vendors in Europe. The "2006 European Customer Survey of the Electronic Connector Industry," shows ERNI is continuing to rise in esteem in Europe. In last year's survey, it was ranked fourth.
The report covers the top forty-one connector manufacturers, and is based on a comprehensive questionnaire evaluation. The connector vendors evaluated are based in Europe (27), North America (7) and Asia-Pacific (7). Survey participants include OEMs and CEMs in a wide variety of industry segments, and distributors. The study provides a status report on the general level of customer satisfaction with connector vendors, and an individual evaluation of thirteen different criteria such as product quality, delivery reliability, technical and sales support, sampling, development of new products, product catalogs, website usability, and pricing.
ERNI achieved a number one ranking in seven criteria, including product quality, pricing, technical support, customer service and delivery of product samples.
