Elektrobit's New Name into Force

The changes of the company's Articles of Association decided by Elektrobit's Annual General Shareholders' meeting on March 14, 2007, were entered into the Finnish Trade register as of today.
By virtue of the registration of the changes to the company's Articles of Association, the company's new name became effective. The new name is Elektrobit Corporation, in Finnish Elektrobit Oyj.
The amended Articles of Association of Elektrobit Corporation in its entirety as well as other resolutions made by the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting were published by a Stock Exchange Release on 14 March 2007.
