Cooper Industries to Participate in Barclays Capital Industrial Select Conference


DUBLIN, Feb. 2, 2011 - Cooper Industries plc (NYSE: CBE) today announced it would participate in the Barclays Capital Industrial Select Conference held in Miami Beach, Florida on Wednesday, February 9.

The presentation and comments by Cooper's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Kirk Hachigian will begin at approximately 1:55 p.m. EST.

A live audio webcast of the presentation will be available over the Internet through the Company's website, www.cooperindustries.com.
