Congressman Ron Kind Visits Manufacturing Plant in Wisconsin
Part of IPC’s Continuing Efforts to Connect Electronics Manufacturers with PolicymakersÂ
CHIPPEWA FALLS, WIS., — Today, Congressman Ron Kind (D-WIS) met with executives and employees of IPC-member company TTM Technologies, Inc. at their manufacturing facility in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. Coordinated by IPC, the world’s leading association for the electronics manufacturing industry, this visit is part of an ongoing effort to help policymakers learn first-hand about legislative and regulatory issues that impact the electronic interconnect industry.
“Today I had the privilege of touring TTM Technologies and seeing firsthand the great work they are doing to support and grow Western Wisconsin's manufacturing industry,” said Congressman Kind. “As Wisconsin continues to position itself as a leader in manufacturing, it is essential that we create an environment that supports innovation and growth.”
