COE Press Equipment Ships Two Feed Lines to Takata
Sterling Heights, Mich. –Â COE Press Equipment announced that it has recently shipped two press feeding lines to Takata, a supplier of air bags, seatbelts and other automotive components, to the company’s San Antonio stamping plant. Each of the lines is comprised of an 18-in. ServoMaster™ 3 Series roll feed; a style 350, 18-in. power straightener; a COE 24-in., 15,000-lb. capacity coil reel; and an 18-in. x 18-in. threading table. The lines can achieve speeds of up to 367 feet/minute and handle steel with 50,000 PSI yield in widths from 0.020-in. to 18-in. thick, depending upon the coil width.
