Click Commerce Introduces Aerospace & Defense Team

Four Industry Experts Join Software Solution Provider

CHICAGO, September 19, 2007 - Click Commerce, Inc., a leading provider of on-demand supply chain management solutions, today announced a number of appointments to align its organization with certain key customer segments - aviation, aerospace and defense - and to leverage Click Commerce's extended enterprise software solutions to provide additional value to its customers in these markets.

"We are aligning our teams around our customers," said Nancy Koenig, Click Commerce President. "We are pleased to have assembled a team with such deep expertise in our customers' businesses, and are committed to using this expertise and experience to the benefit of our clients in the aviation, aerospace and defense industries." The team will focus on providing these industries with the ability to make their aftermarket supply chains lean, collaborative, and transparent. Click Commerce's supply chain solutions have been selected by numerous customers in these markets, such as Delta Airlines, Air France, the U.S. Air Force, BAE Systems, and Lockheed Martin.

The team will be led by David Barboro, general manager, who brings more than 25 years of industry experience in the software, aviation, and aerospace and defense fields including positions at AAR Corporation and JD Edwards. Prior to joining Click Commerce, Barboro spent seven years at ProSight, Inc., a provider of Enterprise Investment Management software, where he held several executive leadership positions including Vice President of the Federal Division, Vice President of Professional Services and Director of Sales. His current responsibilities include providing global strategy, leadership, and business process optimization for the A&D team.

"I'm excited about the talented group of industry veterans we've assembled here at Click Commerce. Not only will they benefit our existing customer base, we'll be better able to provide solutions to our prospects within the aviation, aerospace and defense markets," states Barboro. "The team's industry knowledge and real-world experience complement the domain expertise, business process knowledge, and sophisticated software that we offer."

Joining Barboro is Ted Anderson, director of solutions marketing, who is responsible for the strategic direction of Click Commerce's complete suite of software solutions for the aviation, aerospace and defense industries. Anderson joins Click Commerce with close to 20 years of aviation experience beginning with a career in the U.S. Navy. Anderson also has extensive experience in the commercial sector where he held operational and sales and marketing leadership roles at AAR Corporation and Smart Signal Corporation, as well as running his own independent consulting firm.

David Nowicki comes to Click Commerce in the role of director of product management. Nowicki is a seasoned supply chain professional with over 10 years of experience at software vendors including i2 Technologies and Servigistics, and possesses a Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering, including experience as a professor and published researcher. His deep technical knowledge positions Nowicki to lead the development of Click Commerce's software solutions for aviation, aerospace and defense.

In addition, Judy Pitchford has joined Click Commerce in the role of account executive. Pitchford brings more than 20 years of industry experience to the sales team. She spent the first 10 years of her career in the energy industry working for industry-leading engineering, consulting, and utility companies. Pitchford's recent career has been spent in the aviation industry where she has focused on sales and marketing roles at United Airlines, OAG Worldwide, Trenstar, and AAR Corporation.

Barboro comments, "The addition of Ted, David and Judy to our team is critical to our long-term success in the aviation and A&D markets. They join a team of professionals within Click Commerce who know what it takes to move software from the theoretical environment to real-world implementation."
