Bud Foran Joins Williamson Corporation as Director of Sales
CONCORD, MA - Williamson Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of William "Bud" Foran as Director of Sales. Responsible for worldwide sales for the Massachusetts-based manufacturer of infrared temperature-measurement and control systems, Foran will oversee the company's entire sales team.
"Bud will apply his technical and marketing skills to broaden our existing markets and expand into new areas," said William R. Barron, president of Williamson. "He has applied his professional passion to the industrial-infrared-device marketplace for 22 years and is devoted to enhanced communications - within a company as well as with its customers and sales partners."
In addition to his sales experience, Foran has specialized application skills in many industries, including metals, glass, plastics, paper, minerals, and atmospheric research. In previous positions with Mikron Infrared Inc., the Heimann GmbH division of Siemens AG, Raytek Corporation, and Land Instruments International, he demonstrated, commissioned, and troubleshot numerous infrared temperature-measurement applications.
Foran has an engineering degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology and resides in the Philadelphia area with his wife Barbara and their two children.
