BioFit Names New Sales Managers and Manufacturer's Representative
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio — BioFit Engineered Products, a globally recognized manufacturer of award-winning ergonomic seating solutions, recently introduced two new sales leaders and a new manufacturer’s representative for one of its fastest growing U.S. markets. The appointments include Monet Stansbury as Eastern Regional Sales Manager, Brett Ritchie as Southern California Territory Sales Manager and Kevin Konstanzer as a Manufacturer’s Representative for Texas. Stansbury will lead the company’s overall sales initiatives in the eastern U.S. and Canada, while Ritchie will oversee sales efforts and the establishment of relationships with contract office furniture dealers, design and architectural firms and specifiers in his territory. Konstanzer, a Manufacturer’s Representative for Dallas-based All Tech Associates, will promote BioFit products to current and prospective customers across a broad range of markets.
With a 25-year background in contract furnishings, Monet Stansbury provides BioFit with proven sales and leadership skills honed with recognized market stalwarts including Kimball and Herman Miller, where she was a dealership Vice President of Sales. She has also served directly and independently as a representative for large and small manufacturers. Commenting on her new position, she stated, “I’m excited and prepared to lead our Eastern Region sales team and distributors. While some think the seating market is saturated, I see opportunity for growth as BioFit is highly recognized and fills a unique niche.”
Brett Ritchie brings over 30 years’ of contract furnishing industry experience in the Southern California and Nevada markets. His background includes working for prominent Herman Miller and Haworth dealers in leadership roles in sales, project management and operations. He is also well versed in training and furniture design. In 2002, he founded RC Associates – subsequently rebranded as RC Partners – where he and his partner independently represented leading contract and hospitality furnishing manufacturers. On joining BioFit, Ritchie noted: “I expect to help the company gain significant recognition in the Los Angeles marketplace. It’s vital to create a reliable atmosphere with prospective dealers, and I hope to develop that.”
A recent addition to All Tech Associates, Kevin Konstanzer will also provide BioFit with 30 years’ of industry expertise, honed primarily in the education market with School Specialty. When asked about challenges and opportunities facing the commercial and specialty furnishing segments today, Konstanzer shared: “With much of the economic climate in our region dependent on oil, funding has been reduced due to the decline in petroleum prices. However, there is still a lot of construction taking place and a tremendous influx of business. Coupled with the excitement surrounding BioFit’s new MVMT chair, there’s plenty of opportunity in the Texas market.” BioFit enjoys a robust alliance with All Tech Associates, which has served as a manufacturer’s representative for the company for many years.
