Donald L. Mays, Consumers Union/Consumer Reports: CPSIA and the Consumer's Perspective Following a brief break, attendees will reconvene for the forum's second panel, Eco-labeling: Helping to Shape the Sustainable Marketplace. Mary C. McKiel, Ph.D., of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), will provide introductory remarks. Three speakers will then share their thoughts on eco-labeling with attendees: Robert S.
