2014-2015 Annual Report Now Available

The 2014-2015 Annual Report from the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) is now available. Entitled A Window on the Standardization Initiatives Making the World a Safer, Better Place, the report informs stakeholders of ANSI’s key initiatives and accomplishments over the past year. It also documents financial activities of the Institute during 2014.

The report was delivered to members during ANSI’s Annual Business Meeting and Luncheon on Wednesday, September 30, 2015, as part of the World Standards Week 2015 series of events.

“One of the most unique and valuable aspects of the U.S. standardization system is its reliance on the collaboration of everyone with a stake in an issue,” said S. Joe Bhatia, ANSI president and CEO. “When all interests participate, the standards and conformance solutions developed are responsive, powerful, and able to address a broad array of national and global priorities. And whether through the development of strategic partnerships, outreach to new constituents, or leadership in addressing community-wide issues, safeguarding that system is at the top of ANSI’s own list of priorities.”

A full distribution of the Annual Report to all ANSI member contacts will occur in the near future. Additional copies are available upon request to the ANSI communications team (pr@ansi.org). The ANSI 2014-2015 Annual Report is also available in electronic format.
