Amadeus on Path to Growth with New Vice President and Managing Partner of Professional Services

Quebec City, May 25th, 2007 - Amadeus International Inc. (TSX-V: Aii), a pioneer and leader of advanced compliance process control solutions, is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Rene Verge as Vice President and Managing Partner of Amadeus Professional Services division.
In addition to managing existing services for the implementation of Amadeus' compliance solutions, Mr. Verge will also have the objective to widen Amadeus' services offering, jointly with our partners and customers, in areas involving corporate governance, risk and compliance management. He will participate in the evolution of Amadeus' compliance solutions by the implementation of best practices and the integration of regulatory standards of Amadeus' customers active in financial compliance and also in various industry sectors such as financial services, life sciences and manufacturing.
Rene Verge, a member of the Quebec Bar, has a vast experience in the areas of corporate governance, risk management, compliance and information security. He has fulfilled numerous management functions, namely as Vice President and Senior Director for companies such as Accelia (a division of Fujitsu/DMR Consulting), M3K Solutions, CGI and Larochelle Gratton. As an entrepreneur, he also founded and managed a consulting services company for more than fourteen years. Mr. Verge also worked as a securities market maker, as a broker on the international foreign exchange market and as National Director for Atari computers and video games in Canada. His career has also brought him overseas, with international development agencies, and as a communication and avionics specialist with the Canadian Armed Forces.
Mr. Verge holds a bachelor degree in Economics and Spanish from Concordia University and a law degree from University of Montreal. He has completed graduate studies in law at McGill University and The Hague Academy of International Law in the Netherlands. He also holds several certifications in the fields of securities from the CSI, in information security, auditing and information technologies. He has published several articles on risk management and regularly acts as a guest speaker for various audiences.
