Air & Waste Management Association Presents Symposium and Workshop on Greenhouse Gas Measurement



Pittsburgh, PA - The Air & Waste Management Association (A&WMA) will present the Second A&WMA International Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Measurement Symposium and Workshop, September 8-10, 2010, in Washington, DC.

"After last year's successful symposium, we look forward to continuing the discussion on GHG measurement and emission-inventories," said Mike Kelly, A&WMA Executive Director.

Topics to be addressed include: new GHG measurement technologies and their recent applications; governmental experiences in GHG trading, tracking, and modeling; how best to deal with emission uncertainties in establishing baselines in tracking the performance of various GHG-reduction strategies; and data quality and quantity needs.

The Second A&WMA International GHG Measurement Symposium will feature an exhibit hall where exhibitors will be displaying the latest products, technologies, and services.
