Yankee Group Analyst Wins CRM Influential Leader Award


Sheryl Kingstone is First Female to be Inducted in the CRM Hall of Fame

Kingstone is also the first female in CRM Magazine's history to be inducted in the CRM Hall of Fame. The CRM Influential Leader award is presented to industry individuals who have demonstrated leadership and significant influence in the marketplace within the past year. Furthermore, the CRM Hall of Fame award is a special recognition for individuals who have made a significant impact and displayed leadership year after year.
