Xaware Appoints Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing

New executive hired to capitalize on industry-leading solution
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado - June 27, 2006 - XAware, Inc., a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) based data integration and business services software and services company announced today Sean Dwyer has joined as senior vice president of sales and marketing. Dwyer will focus on expanding XAware's presence in the market and driving growth with the company's industry leading solutions.
Most recently, Dwyer served as general manager of the Community Financial Group and vice president of channel sales and alliances at S1 Corporation (NASDAQ: SONE), a leading global provider of customer-interaction software solutions for financial and payment services. Prior to S1, Dwyer was with BEA Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: BEAS) where he was responsible for the growth of the company's independent software channels in the Southeast and several years with an early stage E-commerce company. In addition to software, he has extensive experience in both the investment banking and commercial banking industries.
