The show was very successful and Weiss-Aug engaged in many meetings with engineers from various medical companies. There was discussion regarding solutions for medical surgical devices, electronic connectors, vessel closure and sealing instruments and devices to medicine delivery systems.
Weiss-Aug also spoke with several companies regarding their core competencies as a precision metal stamper, custom injection, insert, reel-to-reel molder, and provider of assemblies. Some of the recent innovations in our capabilities that were on display included:
- in-line resistance welding
- seam and spot laser welding
- ISO 13485 certification
- Assembly renovations/added technologies
