Ray Harrington will be reopening his independent consulting business end of January

Pittsburg, CA - January 8, 2010 - Bishop-Wisecarver Corporation, announced today that Ray Harrington, VP of Business Development, will be leaving the company at the end of January to reopen his independent consulting business.

Operating out of Illinois, CS Consulting will utilize Harrington's long career in contributing to the successful growth of businesses in order to help companies survive and grow in the ever changing business climate.

"I want to help companies align their actions with their vision and achieve their corporate goals," says Harrington. "This is the mission of CS Consulting."

Pamela Kan, President of Bishop-Wisecarver, stated that Harrington will be retained as a consultant, as well as continue to serve on the Board of Directors at Bishop-Wisecarver. Harrington will be engaged in several key strategic projects -- one as a contributing member on the recently developed Bishop-Wisecarver Advisory Board beginning in February.
