Tyler Technologies to Provide Putnam County, Tennessee with an Integrated Case Management Solution

DALLAS - Tyler Technologies, Inc (NYSE: TYL) has signed a contract with Putnam County, Tennessee, to provide its Odyssey® integrated court case management software solution. Putnam County, with an approximate population of 66,000, purchased Odyssey for its juvenile and circuit court systems to replace software that is more than 15 years old. The five-year agreement includes related services, installation, training, and support.

Tyler's Odyssey product suite provides an integrated justice solution for criminal and civil courts as well as juvenile court, juvenile detention and juvenile supervision. Putnam County will pay based on a user based subscription-model for its use, keeping license, maintenance and operational costs predictable and to a minimum.

"Putnam County selected Tyler for many reasons, including its market leading position in the government software industry and the ability to provide a courts and justice solution that met our budgetary needs," said Randy Porter, director of technology, Putnam County EMS/911. "Tyler's Odyssey solution also received numerous outstanding customer references from clients that would undoubtedly choose Tyler again. We look forward to working with Tyler and being a reference for them in the future."

"Many jurisdictions across the country need truly integrated justice systems, but in the past have been limited to solutions with narrow functionality or dated technology," said Bruce Graham, president of Tyler's Courts & Justice Division. "With the Odyssey product suite, Putnam County can take advantage of a truly integrated system that provides comprehensive functionality of the full life-cycle of a case."
