Lucas County selects Tyler's iasWorld® computer-assisted mass appraisal software solution
Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) has reached an approximately $2 million agreement with Lucas County, Ohio, for Tyler's iasWorld® property assessment and taxation software solution. Lucas County, home to Toledo, selected Tyler's iasWorld for its broad range of functions to administer and manage property valuation data.
"Tyler Technologies was selected after a thorough review of proposals because I wanted my staff empowered by a system that will allow them to provide the highest level of customer service while working efficiently and productively," said Lucas County Auditor Anita Lopez. "Tyler's iasWorld is primarily used between the Auditor and the Treasurer, but every government entity that receives property tax dollars will benefit from iasWorld."
With its investment in Tyler's iasWorld, the county acquires a solution that provides assessment administration, computer-assisted mass appraisal (CAMA), personal property management, tax billing and collections, and delinquent tax processing. Lucas County will also use Tyler's Field Manager and Appeals Tracker modules for in-field appraisal and managing taxpayer communications.
