Company name changed to Trilithic Network Services
New ownership to catapult local provider of managed security solutions into global market
COOPER CITY, Fla., July 29 /-- Online Security Service announced today that it has been acquired by Trilithic Inc. for an undisclosed amount and will become an integral part of the company's global operations and telecommunications services to major Broadband markets around the world.
The new ownership by one of the fastest growing private companies in the Midwest catapults the local provider of managed security solution based in Cooper City into the global marketplace. Poised for unprecedented growth, Online Security Service will immediately change its name to Trilithic Network Services -- but remain true to its philosophy of providing a personal touch to connectivity services that have become increasingly impersonal.

Kevin Windle will maintain his leadership position within the new ownership structure as Director of Business Development. Gary Windle will act as Director of Operations.
