Transilwrap Company Announces New President and CEO


FRANKLIN PARK, Ill. - Transilwrap Company, Inc. announces Andy J. Brewer has joined Transilwrap as
president and CEO. Mr. Brewer comes to Transilwrap with an extensive background in sales, marketing,
business development and executive management in the plastics and packaging industries. Mr. Brewer was
previously president and CEO of Cosmetic Essence, Inc. and president of Pregis Protective Packaging North
America. He holds a BBA from The University of Georgia and an MBA from Emory University.

"Andy will bring Transilwrap to a new level in business development and innovation, as well as introduce a
focus on lean manufacturing," says former President and CEO Mark Stevens, who will assume the role of
chairman of Transilwrap Company, working with its equity partner on new growth opportunities for the
company.
