Clive Williams Appointed Senior Vice President for Banking Business Unit

Tel Aviv, Israel - February 7, 2011 - Top Image Systems(TM) (TIS(TM)), Ltd. (NASDAQ: TISA; TASE: TISA), the leading ECM (Enterprise Content Management) solutions provider, has appointed Clive Williams, Senior Vice President, to lead its Banking Business Unit as part of TIS's business strategy to advance its position in the banking sector.

Mr. Williams brings over 20 years of executive management experience in the banking and financial services market. Prior to joining TIS, he was a Senior Solutions Director for Enterprise Retail Banking, Wealth Management and Compliance and Risk with Misys International Banking Systems plc, a leading global application software and services provider to the Banking industry.

Brief Biography

During his tenure at Misys, Mr. Williams was responsible for Strategy, Development and Delivery of Misys' solutions and related business activities. He has also served as member of Misys' Banking Solutions Operating Board and Strategy Council.

Mr. Williams previously held a number of Senior Management and Board roles at The Highams Group plc, a leading software and services provider to international Banking and Insurance markets. While at The Highams Group, Mr. Williams' positions included:

Group Business Development Director, Head of Strategy and Divisional Managing Director. Before The Highams Group, Mr. Williams was an Executive Director with The Enterprise Group Plc.

Mr. Williams is a Chartered Engineer, Chartered IT Practitioner, a Fellow of the Institute of Marketing and holds an M.B.A from Henley Business School (HBS) in the UK.
