With muscle packed into a small frame only 36 inches wide, the Thomas Model 85 Skid Steer Loader brings performance, maneuverability and power for tight workplaces and big jobs, said Thomas Equipment Inc., marketers of a full line of Thomas loaders.
The Thomas 85 packs plenty of muscle in a small frame, yet offers a roomy cap and full range visibility. With a 33-inch wheelbase and 36-inch wide bucket, the Thomas 85 is a hit with any construction crew.
Powered with a reliable 19.8 horsepower Kuboto diesel engine, the Thomas 85 nimble traverses narrow work areas and packs a lot of punch with a lifting capacity of 850 pounds with two bucket cylinders for maximum front end strength and agility and a breakout force of over 2,200 pounds. The small Thomas 85 has a low profile with a big impact.
