Thermadyne Appoints Horvath, Halley and Rivera to New Corporate Positions

St. Louis, MO (June 14, 2006) - Thermadyne Industries, Inc., a global leader in cutting and welding products, has named Jim Horvath to the position of Vice President of the Wholesale and Buying Groups, Ken Rivera to the position of National Accounts Manager for the Western United States, and Shawn Halley to the position of National Account Manager for the Northeastern United States.
In addition to assuming responsibilities for the wholesale and buying groups, Horvath will continue to managing Thermadyne's Distributor Relations. Horvath has been with Thermadyne for 14 years, and resides in Chesterfield, MO.
Rivera, a 20-year industry veteran, will be responsible for account sales in a 12-state area. He resides in Southern Utah.
Halley has worked for Thermadyne for seven years, and is a resident of O'Fallon, MO.
