Tennessee Metalformers to Hold Industry Benchmarking Meeting



NASHVILLE, TN - February 6, 2008 - The Precision Metalforming Association (PMA) Tennessee District will host a meeting on Thursday, February 21, 2008, to provide metalformers with industry benchmarking information.

Speaker Bill Gaskin, president of PMA, will highlight several critical management, quality and productivity measures from PMA's benchmarking service. Training hours, lost workday injuries, employee turnover, average setup time, earnings before interest and taxes, and many other key measures will be reviewed. Attendees will be able to compare their companies' performance against the most profitable and best-in-class leaders. This is an audience-interactive program, so participants are encouraged to share their companies' expectations for 2008 with the group.
