Acquisition further positions Telogis as the fastest growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) enterprise platform for location-based services (LBS).
ALISO VIEJO, Calif., Feb. 8, 2011 - Telogis Inc., the platform for location intelligence, has acquired certain assets and substantially all of the business of Intergis, a provider of routing, mobile resource and fleet management solutions for small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs). This acquisition further positions Telogis as the fastest growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) enterprise platform for location-based services (LBS).
