Technology Development Agreement with LifeWare


SARASOTA, Fla., March 27: Compress Technologies, Inc. , is a technology-based company with patented and protected applications that improve bandwidth and Network Topographies. CTLG's CEO, John Medico, today announced a technology development agreement with LifeWare Technologies, Inc. Mr. Medico expects this agreement and other similar agreements to generate substantial R&D revenues for CTLG's expanding engineering facility.

CTI and LifeWare Technologies, Inc. (LifeWare) have announced a joint technical development agreement in support of the LifeWare products. In this technical agreement, CTI will use its engineering R&D support group to apply LifeWare patented technology in the development of new products and also product improvements on existing lines for LifeWare.

LifeWare is a private company incorporated in the State of Ohio and is engaged in the marketing of specialty cookware products utilizing a revolutionary technology that preserves the nutrition in cooked food thereby making foods cooked with this technology healthier, while improving the texture and taste. LifeWare has identified over fifty different products that would benefit from its technology. LifeWare has generated sales and distributor agreements in the USA and European community. Thru this technology development agreement with CTI, LifeWare can bring to market products from an R&D stage to a finished product quicker to meet their anticipated market demands.
