Press release date: February 23, 2010

Tampa's leading material handling company, CURLIN, has partnered with Wayne Dalton Commercial Door Systems to provide advanced warehouse solutions that are tough enough to withstand a wide range of weather conditions.

For 70 years CURLIN has been a reliable integrator of complex commercial receiving, storage, process conveyor, sortation and loading dock systems. Now, they are adding Wayne Dalton Commercial Door Systems to the list of leading manufacturers they represent. Wayne-Dalton offers a complete line of commercial door systems for virtually any application involving industrial or commercial buildings throughout the world. This new line of products will increase CURLIN's ability to develop warehouse and dock systems that can resist high winds and maintain the correct storage or working temperature.

As the original inventor of polyurethane insulated sectional doors and rolling steel service doors over 100 years ago, the tag line "One First After Another" has come to describe the Wayne-Dalton history of numerous innovative solutions when it comes to upward acting exterior and interior doors.

Their full line of sectional doors includes models that are ideal for jobs that call for excellent thermal values or have stringent wind load requirements, or simply demanding a high-performance door designed for long life and superior strength. Doors can be engineered for wind load protection up to 52 PSF.

The Thermospan® series provides a U-value of .057 and an R-value of 17.50, making it the ideal door for energy-conscious architects, engineers, contractors, and building owners.

Besides sectional doors, Wayne Dalton also manufactures rolling door systems and rollup doors for interior storage units. The FireStar(TM) series of rolling doors with fire-resistant insulation is an innovative solution to safety and fire protection, which still maintains thermal integrity. With FireStar(TM) the customer is enabled to drop-test and automatically reset the door without the need of a service call.

Wayne Dalton also manufactures customized oversized doors for warehouses and docks with unique size requirements.

CURLIN expects this new partnership to result in a greater ability to provide innovative and effective solutions for their clients.
